921-1 Premium Polyester Plus Filter Cartridge
The Harmsco 921-1 is a 1 micron nominal rated pleated polyester filter cartridge — the American-made workhorse of commercial and industrial sediment filtration. It measures 2.75" OD x 19.5" long and is NSF certified, made in the USA since 1958.
The 921-1 carries 12 sq ft of pleated Polyester-Plus media and flows up to 12 GPM with low pressure drop, rated for continuous service to 140°F. Pleated construction holds several times the dirt of wound or spun elements at the same 1 micron rating, stretching change-out intervals accordingly.
Plants specify the 921-1 for process and cooling water sediment control, pre-RO and pre-UV protection, well water sand and silt removal, municipal polishing, and reuse water in food, beverage and agricultural plants. See the compatible housings on this page for the exact models it fits.
