HIF 14 Cluster COAT Epoxy Coated Filter Housing

The Harmsco HIF 14 Cluster COAT is a cluster up-flow epoxy coated filter housing finished in tough 3M™ Scotchkote™ epoxy over a stainless steel vessel — extra armor for corrosive or coastal duty. Water enters low and rises through the cartridge cluster, releasing entrained air and loading every cartridge evenly, and like all HIF equipment the housing and its cartridges are BABA compliant (Build America, Buy America) for federally funded projects.

The HIF 14 Cluster COAT handles flows up to 60 GPM at 150 PSI through 1-1/2″ NPT connections, holding 7 standard-diameter cartridges. It is fabricated from 304 or 316 stainless steel and finished with the 3M Scotchkote epoxy coating, with high-temperature configurations available.

This epoxy coated filter housing uses standard 2-1/2″ and 2-3/4″ diameter cartridges — the most widely available format in the industry — from Harmsco’s NSF-certified, BABA-compliant range, with no proprietary lock-in.

HIF COAT housings serve industrial process water, coastal and corrosive-atmosphere installations, municipal treatment, and federally funded infrastructure where BABA compliance is required. The epoxy finish adds protection where salt air or chemical exposure would challenge bare metal. Harmsco has manufactured filtration products in the USA, in Riviera Beach, Florida, since 1958.
