WB-921-1 WaterBetter Polyester Filter Cartridge
The Harmsco WB-921-1 is a 1 micron nominal rated waterbetter filter cartridge — the big-capacity cartridge engineered for WaterBetter single-cartridge housings. It measures 2.75″ OD x 19.5″ long and is NSF certified, made in the USA since 1958.
The WB-921-1 carries 8 sq ft of pleated Polypropylene media and flows up to 8 GPM with low pressure drop, rated for continuous service to 140°F. Pleated construction holds several times the dirt of wound or spun elements at the same 1 micron rating, stretching change-out intervals accordingly.
Plants specify the WB-921-1 for WaterBetter single-cartridge housing systems, commercial building water, well water sand and sediment duty, and municipal and utility polishing. See the compatible housings on this page for the exact models it fits.
One housing, one cartridge, one change-out — service is a minutes-long job, and the media is cleanable in many duties. Track differential pressure across the housing and change the cartridge at your target ΔP to keep flow at design and protect downstream equipment.
