801-0.35-HT 801-HT High Temperature Filter Cartridge
The Harmsco 801-0.35-HT is a 0.35 micron nominal rated high temperature filter cartridge — built for hot service that destroys ordinary filter media. It measures 2.75" OD x 9.75" long and is NSF certified, made in the USA since 1958.
The 801-0.35-HT carries 6 sq ft of pleated Polyester-Plus media and flows up to 6 GPM with low pressure drop, rated for continuous service to 200°F. Pleated construction holds several times the dirt of wound or spun elements at the same 0.35 micron rating, stretching change-out intervals accordingly.
Plants specify the 801-0.35-HT for hot CIP and sanitization loops, boiler feed and condensate polishing, hot process and wash-down water, and thermal cycles in food, beverage and dairy plants. See the compatible housings on this page for the exact models it fits.
Media, end caps and gaskets are all specified for continuous hot duty — change the cartridge at your target differential pressure. Track differential pressure across the housing and change the cartridge at your target ΔP to keep flow at design and protect downstream equipment.
