HMB-6E-FL Multi Bag Filter Housing
The Harmsco HMB-6E-FL is a stainless steel multi bag filter housing holding 6 extended-length filter bags behind a Swing Bolt closure, with a standard “V”-ring bag seal that prevents bypass. Extended bags pack maximum dirt-holding capacity into each change-out, making the HMB-E line the economical choice for heavy solids at serious flow rates.
The HMB-6E-FL handles flows up to 1,200 GPM at 150 PSI through 6″ flange connections, holding 6 bags at 70-3/4″ service height in a 4.7 Sq. Ft footprint. It is built from 304 or 316 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish, and the Swing Bolt closure keeps bag changes fast and clean.
The HMB-6E-FL multi bag filter housing accepts extended-length filter bags in a wide range of micron ratings and media, with the “V”-ring seal ensuring unfiltered water cannot bypass the bags — from coarse roughing duty to fine polishing.
HMB-E housings serve industrial process water, wastewater treatment, cooling loops, and pre-filtration ahead of membranes and cartridge stages in high-flow plants. For plants already running cartridge filtration, an HMB-E bag stage upstream extends cartridge life dramatically by catching the bulk solids first.
