The Harmsco BCB-1-1.5-EXT COAT is a band-clamp bag housing built as an epoxy coated filter housing: a carbon-steel vessel protected inside and out by fusion-bonded epoxy, holding an extended-length filter bag for maximum surface area. Filter bags hold far more dirt than comparable cartridges, and the tool-free band-clamp closure makes bag changes fast — an economical workhorse where stainless is not required.
The BCB-1-1.5-EXT COAT is pressure rated to 150 PSI with 1-1/2″ NPT connections, fabricated from carbon steel with a fusion-bonded epoxy finish for corrosion resistance at a fraction of stainless cost.
This epoxy coated filter housing accepts standard and extended-length filter bags in a wide range of micron ratings and media, so you can match filtration to your solids loading at a low cost per pound of dirt removed. Standard and extended lengths share the same vessel, so operators can tune capacity seasonally without touching the piping.
