Band Clamp Bag Filter Housings
Harmsco’s BCB series is a line of stainless steel band clamp bag filter housings pairing high-capacity filter bags with a tool-free band-clamp closure. Filter bags hold far more dirt than comparable cartridges, and extended-length bags add even more surface area — an economical combination wherever sediment loads are heavy or variable. Fusion-bonded epoxy coated versions are also available.
Every band clamp bag filter housing in the BCB line is rated to 150 PSI, built from 304L or 316L stainless steel with an electro-polished finish, and covers flows up to 200 GPM across size-1 and size-2 models with 1.5″ or 2″ FNPT connections in a compact 1.2 square-foot footprint.
BCB housings accept standard and extended-length filter bags in a wide range of micron ratings and media, so you can match filtration to your solids loading — from coarse pre-filtration to fine polishing — at a low cost per pound of dirt removed.
BCB band clamp bag filter housings serve industrial process water, wastewater, cooling loops, and pre-filtration ahead of membranes and finer cartridge stages. Harmsco has manufactured filtration products in the USA, in Riviera Beach, Florida, since 1958.
