Produced water is relentless — high solids, aggressive chemistry, nonstop volume. Harmsco oilfield produced water filtration units remove sand, scale fines and corrosion products ahead of disposal wells, waterflood injection and reuse treatment trains, protecting injection formations from plugging and downstream equipment from abrasion. The patented Hurricane® up-flow design drops dense solids out by cyclonic action before the cartridge, extending element life where filtration budgets are won or lost.
Built for the Field
Rugged stainless steel vessels rated to 150 PSI working pressure, built to ASME standards, with swing-bolt closures for fast element change-outs between hauls. 316/316L and epoxy-coated options handle chlorides and H2S environments; high-temperature cartridges run up to 250°F.
