Use of CAD and other drawings

Harmsco supplies drawings on the website to help engineers and designers save time and design better products by making Harmsco’s content available for information purposes only. The information contained in the CAD and/or other files is subject to change at Harmsco’s discretion. You should confirm all designs information with your nearest Harsmco distributor or authorized sales representatives.

Complete evaluation of these CAD files and their associated use is a risk accepted by the user as its accuracy and completeness may have been modified or changed. These changes may include data size reduction or part numbers updates/changes. Harmsco is not liable or responsible for errors, modifications or any loss or damages incurred as a direct result of the use of any of our drawings. Harmsco does not make any warranty or guarantees of any drawing’s accuracy, validity, inclusiveness or compliance with any regulatory code or governmental laws and regulations.

You may not modify the CAD and other drawings in any way or reproduce or publicly display, transmit, or distribute the drawings for any public commercial purpose.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

Any order received by Harmsco will have a minimum value of $50 USD per shipment. Any cancellations of special or customer products may incur cancellation fees, pending proper review within Harmsco.

Payment Terms US Domestic Orders

All payments are due within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice with prior credit approval. Otherwise, payments are due prior to shipment by check, funds transfer or credit card. Shipments on COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.

Payment Terms, International Customers

Payments are due in US Dollars by advanced payment, funds transfer, check or credit card, covering merchandise. Prepaid freight charges and applicable bank fees may apply.

Shipment

All shipments are F.O.B. distribution centers located in West palm Beach, FL. Any and all claims for damaged goods in shipment or shortages must be initiated by the customer directly with freight carrier.

Return Goods Policy

All returns must be approved by Harmsco Filtration Products, and a return goods (RGA) form will be issued. A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking charge may apply to authorized returns. Once the RGA form has been issued, merchandise must be returned to Harmsco Filtration Products within 30 days and with prepaid freight.

Most Harmsco Filtration Products come with a limited warranty covering materials and workmanship. Some products sold by Harmsco Filtration Products have no warranty, or they are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact Harmsco Filtration Products or refer to limited warranty information for more details.

An RGA form must contain the following information to be considered:

  • Contact Name – Contact email, Contact phone number
  • Company name
  • Customer number
  • Product/Products being returned and the reason for the return
  • Customer’s PO number, under which the goods were purchased (if issued)
  • Harmsco Filtration Products invoice number, under which the goods were purchased
  • All requests for the return of goods must be approved by The Return Goods Administrator, and only The RGA Administrator shall issue Return Goods Authorizations
  • Transportation costs and risk of damage or loss in transit are the customer’s responsibility
  • Goods returned for credit or refund, including goods returned for inspection under warranty, must be shipped to the warehouse by prepaid transportation. No “Collect” shipments will be accepted
  • Customers may not return merchandise without a Return Goods Authorization Form being issued. Please note RGA numbers on the shipping label for proper processing and handling, as well as including a copy of the RGA form inside the package(s)
  • RGA request must be filed with Harmsco Filtration Product within 30 days of receipt of product for any reason other than warranty issues. Only items that can be restocked for sale may be returned
  • Custom products such as backwashing filters, filtration systems and commercial softeners may not be returned
  • If RGA is authorized by Harmsco Filtration Products credits will be issued at the price paid, less a twenty-five (25%) percent restocking charge
